Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit inquiry forms. Separate written agreements may apply to specific engagements; where they conflict with these Terms, the written engagement letter prevails.

Services described on this site

Flowbase provides business consulting focused on cash flow planning for small enterprises, including diagnostics, monthly reviews, and supplier payment planning sessions. Information on this site describes those services for general reference. A consultation relationship begins only when we confirm a booking in writing and receive any required deposit.

Intellectual property

All content on this site—text, layout, graphics, and branding—is owned by Flowbase or used under licence. You may print pages for personal reference related to a consultation inquiry. You may not reproduce, republish, or sell site content without our written permission.

Materials we prepare for you during a paid consultation (calendars, summaries, written plans) are licensed for your internal business use. You may share them with your staff, accountant, or bank as needed for your operations. You may not resell or publicly distribute our materials as templates or training products.

User submissions

Information you submit through contact forms or email must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must not submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content. We use submissions to respond to inquiries and deliver services under our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hsinchu County, Taiwan, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this site with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
