Monthly Cash Review
A recurring ninety-minute session to update your payment calendar, adjust for new orders, and keep payroll and suppliers on track.

Purpose
After an initial diagnostic—or for firms with a stable rhythm already—many owners want a regular checkpoint. The monthly review updates your thirteen-week outlook as new orders, delayed receivables, or unexpected expenses appear.
What happens each month
We compare actual bank movements against your planned calendar, note variances, and adjust the next month’s sequencing. If a supplier offers early-payment discount or a customer asks for extended terms, we model the cash impact before you agree.
Typical clients
Shops and workshops with steady payroll and recurring supplier runs benefit most. Firms in heavy seasonal trade often book reviews only during peak preparation months—January, April, and September are common in Taiwan.
Engagement terms
Sessions are booked individually or as a six-month block at a reduced rate (see Rates page). Either party may pause with two weeks’ notice. No long-term contract is required.
