Cash Flow Diagnostic
A half-day review of your receipts, outflows, and ninety-day payment calendar—with a written plan you can follow.
Who this is for
Owners and managers of small enterprises—typically five to forty staff—who know their revenue roughly but struggle to predict whether cash will cover payroll, rent, and supplier invoices in the weeks ahead. Common clients include retail shops, light manufacturers, food producers, and trade contractors.
What you receive
The diagnostic is a structured working session, not a lecture. We review your bank statements, accounts receivable list, upcoming payables, and any informal notes you keep on seasonal orders.
Included:
- Pre-session questionnaire covering your top five outflows and receivable patterns
- Four-hour working session at your office or our Hsinchu meeting room
- Mapping of weekly cash in and out for the next thirteen weeks
- Identification of tight weeks before they arrive
- Written summary with recommended actions and payment sequencing
- One follow-up email within five business days to clarify the plan
Not included:
- Bookkeeping or tax filing
- Loan applications or bank negotiations on your behalf
- Ongoing monitoring (see Monthly Cash Review for that)
How the session runs
We start with your fixed costs—rent, payroll cycles, insurance, loan repayments—and layer variable costs such as materials, freight, and commission payouts. You walk us through how customers pay you: deposits, net-30 terms, cash on delivery, or mixed methods.
We then mark the dates when money actually leaves your account, not just when invoices are issued. Many owners discover a two-week gap between recorded sales and usable cash; mapping that gap is often the most valuable part of the session.
Preparation
Bring three months of bank statements (PDF or printout), your current receivables and payables lists, and any calendar notes about large upcoming orders or seasonal events. If you use a simple spreadsheet already, share that too—it saves setup time.
Pricing basis
The diagnostic starts at NT$18,000 for firms with a single operating location and up to three bank accounts. Multi-site operations or additional entities are quoted after a brief intake call. Travel outside Hsinchu County is billed at NT$2,500 per visit.
