Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to consultation services booked with Flowbase Business Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Flowbase”). It does not cover products we do not sell (software subscriptions, digital downloads, or physical goods).
Scope
Applies to: Cash Flow Diagnostic, Monthly Cash Review, Supplier Payment Planning, and prepaid six-month review blocks described on our Rates page.
Deposits and confirmation
Diagnostics and supplier sessions require a 50% deposit to confirm the scheduled date. Monthly reviews billed individually are invoiced after each session unless prepaid under a block. Deposits are applied to the total session fee.
Cancellation by client
More than fourteen days before the session: Full refund of any deposit paid, or transfer to a new date at no charge.
Seven to fourteen days before: Deposit may be transferred once to a new date within sixty days. If you cancel entirely, fifty percent of the deposit is refunded.
Less than seven days before: Deposit is non-refundable. We will attempt to accommodate a single reschedule if you notify us within forty-eight hours of cancellation.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least seven days before the session. Additional reschedules incur an administrative fee of NT$1,500. Rescheduled dates must fall within ninety days of the original booking.
No-shows
If you do not attend a confirmed session and give no notice, the deposit or prepaid session fee is forfeited. We may offer a partial credit at our discretion for documented emergencies (medical or natural disaster).
Cancellation by Flowbase
If we cancel due to consultant illness or unforeseen closure, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking at your choice. We are not liable for indirect costs such as travel you already incurred.
Monthly review blocks
Six-month prepaid blocks (NT$36,000) must be used within eight months of the first session. Unused sessions after that period expire without refund except where required by law. Individual sessions within a block are non-refundable once delivered.
If you pause a block with at least fourteen days’ written notice, remaining sessions may resume within the eight-month window. No cash refund for unused sessions mid-block unless we terminate the agreement.
Work already started
If you cancel after we have begun preparatory analysis using documents you submitted (typically within twenty-four hours of the session), up to two hours of preparation time may be deducted from any refund, capped at NT$3,000.
Partial refunds after delivery
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the session is delivered and the written summary is sent. If you believe the delivered service materially differed from the agreed scope, contact us within seven days with specific details. We will review in good faith and may offer a partial credit toward a future session—not a cash refund for completed work except where mandated by consumer protection law.

Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original bank transfer account within fourteen business days. We will email confirmation when the transfer is initiated.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Email info@net-flowbase.click with your name, booking date, service type, and reason. Include the invoice reference if available. We respond within three business days.
