Data we collect

Information you provide: name, email address, phone number (if given), business details, consultation preferences, messages, and documents you share for a session (bank statements, receivables lists, etc.).

Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source collected through essential site operation and optional analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not collect payment card data on this website. Invoices are settled by bank transfer using details we send separately.

How we use data

We use personal data to:

  • Send session summaries and follow-up correspondence

Retention

Inquiry emails are retained up to twenty-four months unless a consultation follows. Client engagement records, session materials, and invoices are retained for seven years to meet accounting and tax requirements under Taiwan law. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s settings, typically up to fourteen months.

Sharing and international transfers

We use service providers for email hosting and optional analytics. Providers may process data on servers outside Taiwan. We require appropriate safeguards and process data only on our instructions. We may disclose data if required by law or court order.

Under applicable Taiwan personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal data, and object to certain processing.
