Transparent pricing for consultations—quoted before you commit, with no hidden retainers.
Our fees reflect preparation time, session length, and travel when we visit your premises. All prices are in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) and exclude VAT where applicable.

What affects your quote
Number of locations. A single shop or workshop fits the starting rates above. Firms with multiple branches or separate legal entities require additional preparation; we quote after a fifteen-minute intake call.
Travel. Meetings at our Hsinchu office include no travel charge. On-site visits outside Hsinchu County incur NT$2,500 per trip. Video sessions are available anywhere in Taiwan at the listed session rate.
Six-month review block. Six monthly reviews booked together are NT$36,000 (equivalent to NT$6,000 per session). Sessions must be used within eight months of the first booking.
Payment terms
Diagnostic and supplier sessions require a 50% deposit to confirm the date; the balance is due within seven days of the session. Monthly reviews are invoiced after each meeting unless prepaid under a block arrangement.
We accept bank transfer. We do not process card payments on this site—pricing here is informational only.
